Why Use Prime Financial Servces for HOA Managment?

- Locally owned; 6 staff members have a combined experience of more than 60 years in real estate and property management. Our office manager, Mary Ellen Perretta, has been with us since 2004.
- Collection of Regime Fees: We use a variety of innovative methods to collect HOA fees, including payment coupons, credit card payments, and notice on doors (if necessary). Most of our Associations average between 80% to 90% collections (paid) rate.
- Enforcing Covenants: We will enforce the bylaws and HOA covenants according to what the Board desires. Some Association Boards take a very active role; others prefer we make the day-to-day decisions. We also have Multiple Listing Access (MLS) to keep track of what is up for sale. This allows us to coordinate with closing attorneys to provide the covenants and make sure there are no unpaid regimes on properties that are being sold. We also remind resident homeowners frequently through neighborhood newsletters. When necessary, we will fine and/or charge homeowners for HOA violations if the Board desires.
HOA Referal Program
Prime has now instituted a referral program for anyone who sends us a lead that results in a New Homeowner Association that Prime can manage.
Prime will pay anywhere from $300 up to $1000, upon the signing of a new management agreement! (Fee will be paid by Visa Gift Card)
